Over its nearly 40 years of service, Family & Youth Services has grown and changed to meet the needs of its community. Operating from its administrative center on California Street, the agency provides a wide range of services designed to foster healthy families and a strong community.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors guides Family & Youth Services’s course by overseeing fiscal matters, monitoring program services and setting corporate policy. Comprised entirely of volunteers, the Board's dedication and commitment are key factors in the agency's success. These individuals currently lead Family & Youth Services as members of its Board of Directors:

Mascarenas-Colgan, who has been with Family & Youth Services since 1974, keeps the agency mission at the heart of every program.
